How to Use HandiCheck™

HandiCheck™ is a UK-manufactured device built to deliver consistent quality and reliable performance. Each unit is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure optimal performance from day one. When used correctly, your HandiCheck™ will deliver consistent, trouble-free operation.
This all-in-one, sink-side system combines a touch-free sensor, liquid handwash dispenser, and a UV hand-check loop. It features an easy-fill soap reservoir to support a simple “wash, check, and go” process – ideal for both hygiene training and daily use.
Important: Never look directly into the UV light.
Getting Started
1. Charging the Device
- On first use, fully charge the device using a USB-C cable (standard cable not included).
- Recharge the internal battery when the red indicator light appears in the light loop.
- Only use a USB-C cable for charging.
- After charging, disconnect the cable completely.
- When not in use, slide the On/Off switch to the right to turn the device off.
2. Filling the Soap Reservoir
- Use only HandiSoap™ with your HandiCheck™ device.
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Open the refill stopper located at the base of the light loop.
- Pour the soap carefully into the reservoir – do not overfill.
- Replace the stopper securely.
3. Using the Device
- Turn the device on by sliding the power switch toward the ‘I’ symbol.
- Wait a few seconds for the system to load.
- With dry hands, place one hand under the soap nozzle.
- Hold your hand in place while the correct amount of soap is dispensed.
- Spread the soap evenly over both hands, front and back.
This ensures complete UV coverage for accurate inspection. - Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water.
- Place each hand into the UV light loop to inspect.
- If any areas glow under the light, rewash those areas and inspect again.
- Repeat until no fluorescence remains.
- After use, turn off the device by sliding the switch to the ‘0’ symbol.

4. Storage & Care
- If the device will not be used daily, empty the soap and flush the system with clean water until the dispenser runs clear.
- This helps prevent soap residue buildup and extends device life.
- Store the unit in its original protective box.
- For portability, use the Handicheck™ Tote Bag (available separately).
- Store Handisoap™ in a cool, dry place.
- An easy-clean, all-in-one storage box is currently in development—based on feedback from users like you.
Warranty Information
Handicheck™ and Handisoap™ are protected by UK patents.
The Handicheck™ device includes a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Each unit is carefully manufactured and assembled to exacting standards. If a fault arises due to a material or manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace the affected parts free of charge.
